World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
The upgrading of your items is a crucial part of equipping your character. Upgrades boost damage to items and enchantments.
They also offer rewards and upgrades. They can be purchased by contacting the Blacksmith.
Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Every item recycled adds a level to the upgrade gauge.
Weapon
When a weapon is upgraded, it will gain a base damage bonus and an increase in the scaling factor that affects other stats. Certain upgrade components have aesthetic effects while others give additional features. These upgrades can be added to armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and trinkets. Most require that the item is equipped with an upgrade slot and meets certain requirements. The upgrade component can be removed from a weapon, armor or trinket, however it cannot be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found through the Black Lion Salvage Kit Ascended Salvage tool, or high-tier salvaging tool on an item.
A weapon can also be upgraded to include a Calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, such as Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is done through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times depending on the weapon level.
When the weapon is at max upgrade, it can be rebuilt using a variety of different types of upgrades to increase certain stats or add bonuses and effects. A variety of these upgrades can be used at once, and their effects differ based on the rarity of the weapon.
Two Blacksmiths can be upgraded in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. The upgrade materials are both different: Smithing Stones to modify the damage weapons deal and Somber Smithing Stones to alter the standard weapons.
In general, it's advisable to upgrade your weapon damage first. Then you can increase your armour defense and finally the secondary stats that are required by your build. It is not unusual to see melee Druids upgrade their weapon prior to upgrading other equipment. This can help increase DPS. This is particularly true for enchantments that can increase a weapon's stats as well as damage.
Armor
Item Upgrades let players enhance the base stats of specific pieces of armor weapons, trinkets, trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades may also have additional effects such as increased damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades can be obtained through crafting, buying from NPC vendors or loot drops, or as rewards for quests.
Armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currencies. In most cases, a piece of armor will be upgraded to the next tier once an upgrade is applied. This can be done for all types of armor, but certain items are not upgradeable in any way (such as the armor that is used as a starter in Great Sky Island).
Most armor upgrades increase the item's strength or defense by only a tiny amount. Some upgrades, however, can lead to significant increases in strength or defense. This is especially true when upgrading epic items.
Certain upgrades offer special abilities that can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can prove useful in combat. For instance they can increase the speed of attack or block. Certain upgrades also have passive effects, for instance cutting down on the amount of damage sustained while wearing armor or adding the ability to deflect attacks.
Based on the type of armor being used, upgrading an item can require multiple attempts. If a player wants to upgrade Steelclash armor to Dragonscale, then the first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with an armor base defense of 59-67. The second attempt will result in the creation of a Dragonscale armor that has a base defense of 67-77.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild allows players to upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do this players must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations is home to an incredibly powerful fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.
Contrary to popular opinion, armor in The Division 2 is not useful. Certain armors provide a significant increase in the ability to reduce damage from poison, curse, magic, or fire. This makes them very beneficial for certain types of builds. Additionally, there are ways to increase the stats of armor beyond the use of upgradeable armor such as the engineer trait to boost armor penetration or the challenger trait to reduce total weight.
Potion
A potion can be upgraded by placing it in a brewing stand to unlock new effects. The upgrade unlocks a brand new level of potion effects, and can be repeated to get higher levels of potency.
The potion also has a custom color code which the player can select via /give, and that alters the area-of-effect clouds and arrows created by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom potion color also applies to the potions' particle effects.
The water bottle, mundane and thick potions as well as awkward potions, now have a distinct the texture of brewing. Add potion of weakness and potion of healing in Creative inventory. Added lingering potions that can be brewed with dragon breath or splash potions and a thick pot with the status effect Mining Fatigue (duration 4:00). Trinket
A trinket is an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It can be a necklace or ring. Or, it could be a tiny banner used to mark the yard of a lateen boat. It could also refer to a gilded trinket that is fixed to the mast of a boat.
This bizarre trinket appears to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze, making them more common. At the moment, this trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more common, and gives each floor the chance to have an ebony mimic. This trinket requires a small amount of energy to upgrade.
The magic from this enchanted scepter appears to influence the dungeon which makes it more likely to generate grass and water. This trinket at the moment will cause X% of regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It will not affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed weapons or armor or other items that are created to help solve the dangers in rooms.
The item, which appears like a eyes of a nymph appears to alter your vision in a way that goes beyond just reducing your field-of-view. At its current level this trinket increases the overall health of the drinkers of healing, waterskins and wells of health by X% and gives you vision on enemies within Y tiles. This does not stack with Heightened Senses.
After upgrade item have completed the Mastery Cave after completing the Mastery Cave, you can find Trinkets by defeating Monsters and inside crates and chests in Skull Cavern. They are not found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
Place the trinket into the Anvil whenever it is required to be upgraded. This will have a random impact on the trinket either increasing its duration or strengthening its effects. You can reorge the Trinket as often as you want however it will always be able to produce the same effect.
You can upgrade your Trinkets at the Alchemy Station by placing them into a Magical Catalyst. It will cost you 6 energy and increase the trinket's power by a small amount.
